Mandatory Activation of Two-Factor Authentication for Your Client Area

Dear client,

As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the security of our services, we will be making two-factor authentication, also known as 2FA, mandatory for access to your client area.

This measure is intended to enhance the protection of your account against unauthorized access, particularly in the event that your password is compromised.

Mandatory 2FA activation will take effect as of Monday, June 22, 2026.

Until then, we strongly encourage you to activate it now from your client area by following this path:

Client Area > Account Settings / Security > Two-Factor Authentication

Once activated, 2FA will require you to enter an additional security code each time you log in, in addition to your password. This code can be generated using an authentication app installed on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or any other application compatible with the TOTP protocol.

We also recommend that you verify that your password is unique, sufficiently strong, and not used on other platforms.
