Following an official notification from the National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANRT), we inform you that, starting Monday, November 3, 2025, the requirements for the management of .ma domain names will be applied, in accordance with ANRT/DG/N°02/2024 [in french] decision.

 

🔹 Compliance of .ma domain names starting from Monday, November 3, 2025

Any request for registration or transfer of a .ma domain name must be accompanied by the following supporting documents:

• Individuals: A copy of a valid National Identity Card (CIN), passport, or residence permit.
• Legal Entities: A copy of the Commercial Register, the Common Company Identifier (ICE), or any equivalent document. (Public administrations and institutions are exempt from this requirement.)

These documents can be submitted directly starting Monday, November 3, 2025, through our platform during your order. Our services will verify the accuracy and validity of the provided information.

Domain names whose information or supporting documents do not comply with the regulatory requirements may be suspended 14 days after their registration or transfer, without refund or compensation.

 

🔹 Registered Domain Names update

This measure also applies to .ma domain names already registered.

Starting Monday, November 3, 2025, we invite you to verify and update your “whois” information and provide the necessary supporting documents before December 28, 2025, to avoid the suspension of your domain name.
